Then let your users talk back! CSC includes a comprehensive forms distribution and data collection module. Create and customise your own forms using standard HTML, then distribute to all staff. Automate expense claims, travel claims, or create forms for field data collection when working on-site. Or simply attach forms to documents to capture what your users think of your content, or check each user’s level of understanding of video, audio, or document based training using feedback questionnaires and comprehension tests.

CSC now provides mobile workers with the ability to enrich their records and incident reports with multimedia data (e.g. pictures, voice notes or dictation, and text). Each item is securely time stamped, marked with a GPS location and automatically synchronized immediately over the air to the office for integration with back office systems and workflows.

With CSC, multimedia audited event information can be automatically collated centrally and used in a back-end job management system. This means team members can better document their field work in a few moments, without the need for copious note-taking. This leads to less field time per incident, maximising the value and accuracy of the data collected.
