Practica tus sesiones de meditación con esta sencilla y minimalista aplicación. Solo tienes que seleccionar la duración de tu meditación (opciones de 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 y 30 minutos), pulsar el botón "comenzar" y relajarte.

Al finalizar tu meditación, esta app te avisará con un agradable sonido. Si vas a utilizar auriculares, comprueba que el sonido del móvil no está demasiado alto.
