Availability: Powershop does not guarantee that the operation of the Powershop mobile app will be continuous. We do not accept any liability or responsibility whatsoever if Powershop’s mobile app is not available over any period or at any particular time.

IP and copyright: Powershop owns or has permission to use all copyright in Powershop’s mobile app and all its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, graphic images, logos, button icons, images, photographs, video and audio clips, software, concepts, systems and compilations (meaning the collection, arrangement and assembly of material).
Some of the material included in Powershop’s mobile app and in which intellectual property rights exist, including POWERSHOP and/or other brands and/or trade marks (whether registered or otherwise), is the sole and exclusive property of Powershop or its related companies or its’ suppliers. Changes to mobile app terms and conditions: By clicking “Install” you agree that Powershop can change the terms and conditions that apply to the Powershop mobile app by Powershop giving 30 days written notice by email and by placing a banner on our website.
