The app gives you pre-made, GPS based city walking tours and nature trails that displays the most captivating destinations within Baltics. Most of the content is for free, but Premium (best) tours come for a small fee.
Tours have rich textual, photo, audio and even video materials within them. Just take a look at the app and be amazed, because our team has given a massive effort to create this content.
This app is one of its kind and unites the most magical places of all 3 Baltic countries. Our dream is to allow for the World to see the magnificent, but yet not fully revealed beauty of Estonia (Eesti), Latvia (Latvija, and Lithuania (Lietuva).
All trail data has been very carefully collected on-site, then compiled with relevant information and neat audiovisual material.
The tours consist of POI and recommended track path, that has been optimized for the best experience but is not obligatory to follow. Most of the content is in English, but few tours are made also in localized versions.
App has the following functions:
- track your position along the path using your phone's GPS
- the app describes the POI with photos, descriptions, audio recordings and also video files
- notification for you when you have reached the point of interest
- once the trail is downloaded to your mobile device, it can also work fully offline
- the app has a special section devoted to "travel tips and tricks" in Baltics
The app itself is for free, but most of the tours come with a small fee to develop more trips to the magnificent sights of Baltics.
All the major cities, like Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipeda (Klaipėda), Siauliai (Šiauliai), Panevėžys, Telsiai (Telšiai), Taurage (Tauragė), Druskininkai, Alytus, Marijampole (Marijampolė), Riga (Rīga), Riga Art Nouveau, Jurmala (Jūrmala), Liepaja (Liepāja), Kuldiga (Kuldīga), Valmiera, Rezekne (Rēzekne), Saldus, Daugavpils, Cesis (Cēsis), Ventspils, Jekabpils (Jēkabpils), Krustpils, Bauska, Madona, Tukums, Limbazi (Limbaži), Parnu (Pärnu), Tartu, Narva, Haapsalu, Kuressaare, Viljandi, Rakvere and Tallinn are already included, more coming soon.
The city of Vilnius has 11 tours that are co-produced together with Go Vilnius (the official tourism agency of this city).
In co-production with Kurzeme Planning Regions and Jelgava District Council, more than 70 nature trails are slowly added to the platform too, as well as the Estonian and Latvian Industrial Heritage project content (5 tours).
