A dark force has spread across the land, spawning strange beings called Kanji Kaiju that are wreaking havoc. You are the mercenary sent out to defeat and return the Kaiju to their natural form as Kanji.

Set in the mystical past of Japan. Explore the mountains, rivers and forests where the Kaiju Kaiju dwell. Meet the people who have had their lives intertwined with the existence of these Kaiju. And using your skills as a soldier and the power of Kanji you will restore peace to the Land of Japan.

Learn, practise and battle monsters using Japanese kanji characters by building each one piece by piece. By constructing kanji this way, you'll be able to visual how each component fits into one another to create the characters used in the Japanese writing system.

Learn and practise each kanji woven into a compelling story with beautiful settings and fascinating characters. Then battle the mystical beast with all the knowledge you have gained. By the end, you'll be able to remember what each kanji means and how it is visually constructed.

- 11 kanji from the 103 Kanji listed in the JLPT N5 Kanji list
- Level 7 featuring 11 kanji and an original story and character
- two heroic characters to choose from to defeat the Kaiju
- Dictionary to check the kanji you have studied with definition and reading
- Read the full story featured in the level with translated words
- scoreboard to record your best scores in the boss battle
- options to adjust the game for the best experience

How to play:
- choose your hero for the game
- search the level and locate the kanji
- read the sentence and practise the words in red and its corresponding kanji
- in battle mode, fight the monster by pressing the kanji components in the correct order (as practised in story mode)
- use power-ups to boost your damage
- improve your score but replaying the boss battle as many times as you want
