La Asociación Evangélica de la Misión Israelita del Nuevo Pacto Universal, AEMINPU, fue fundada el 27 de Octubre de 1968 y fue reconocida jurídicamente el 26 de septiembre de 1969, en la ciudad de Lima, República del Perú, por parte del Maestro Ezequiel Ataucusi Gamonal. Su sede central está ubicada en la ciudad de Lima, Santiago del Surco, Av. Morro del Solar No. 1234 y la Iglesia Central está ubicada en Cieneguilla.

El Maestro fundador y compilador de la AEMINPU, fue el Sr. Ezequiel Ataucusi Gamonal, quién ocupó el cargo de Misionero General desde el año de 1968 hasta el 6 de Junio del año 2000, a partir de esa fecha, el Misionero General de la congregación es el Sr. Ezequiel Jonás Ataucusi Molina.Peace of the Lord be with you all:
