Bazrgan Captain app is built to work with Bazrgan Restaurant Management System (BRMS) and is intended to be used by restaurant floor staff to simplify the way they serve customers. Our Bazrgan Captain App packs a set of features that empower restaurant waitstaff to serve customers quickly and manage tables, orders, guest seating, and much more with ease.

Bazrgan Captain app comes with a sleek, interactive menu enabling restaurant serving staff to quickly fill out guest checks with a few taps on the screen. As the seated diner or party orders their meal, servers can easily add or remove items to or from the guest checks all in one place, including change in the quantity of added items, as requested.
To get diners exactly what they ask for, Bazrgan Captain app allows servers to include notes to one or more ordered items to meet special customer requests or dietary needs. With detailed notes that cooks and baristas can easily reference, servers ensure that ordered dish and drink items are prepared to the taste and preference of diners—ultimately improving guest experience and restaurant service flow.

When a seated customer did ordering his/her meal, at the touch of a button the server sends the order ticket from the guest table straight to the kitchen or beverage counter. Depending on the restaurant’s printer setting, Bazrgan Captain app either sends the entire order ticket to a printer or automatically separates categorically distinct items and then routes ordered items of the same category to its designated printer.
Bazrgan Captain app gives restaurant waitstaff a global view of the entire floor they serve in real-time, including the current status of each table they attend to. And, without being close to the guest table, a server can effortlessly check all the menu items ordered by a diner or seated party right in the app.

When seated diners order for extra food or drink, the server opens the customer’s occupied table card and adds newly ordered items to the guest check or makes adjustments to only just ordered items as quickly as requested. With auto-updating of table status, the Bazrgan Captain app instantly recalculates the total cost for the guest check any time addition or adjustment is made.

Any time a diner or seated party wishes to move from the current table to another one, the serving staff is able to make the arrangement with ease using Bazrgan Captain’s Seat Item Transfer feature. Upon customer’s request to change his/her sitting table, the waitstaff transfers all or any seat item diners might choose from the current table to an unoccupied table.
In the Setting section of the Bazrgan Restaurant app, a server can easily add or remove a printer that’s used to print order tickets referenced by the cook or barista to prepare customer ordered items. The server chooses which food or beverage category is linked to a certain printer. And depending on the restaurant layout, more than one category (food and/or beverage items) can be linked to a printer.
