• BMI (Body Mass Index): is defined as body weight divided by height squared. It is a guide to the relationship between the height and weight but does not take into account specific factors such as musculature.

• Rest (Reason waist / height): is defined as waist circumference divided by height. It measures the distribution of body fat, and recent studies suggest that it is also a better indicator of the risk of heart disease.

• Body Fat Percentage: is defined as the weight of the fat divided by the total weight. It is estimated by the so-called 'Circle Method Navy', which uses the height and waist circumference, neck and hip.

• Calorie Consumption is primarily the sum of the produced internal heating (Basal Metabolic Rate) and external work (overall caloric consumption).
