About Radio FM 90s

ELAROS’ C19-YRS is a digital platform used by patients to record the severity of persistent symptoms experienced for four weeks or longer after contracting COVID-19 using the clinically-validated C19-YRS questionnaire via a mobile or web application. This information is automatically sent to a secure clinical web portal for your clinician to review and support them with the initial triage, assessment and monitoring process to enable more informed clinical decision making and to evaluate the treatment programmes of patients.

You will be asked to grade the severity of symptoms that we ask about using a 0-10 scale inside the app. On the first assessment, you will give a score on the severity you are experiencing now and about the severity of the symptom before Covid, recalled from memory from before you contracted your illness. Future assessments (second, third, fourth etc.) will only ask you for the severity at that time. The frequency at which you complete repeat assessments should be discussed with your healthcare professional. These scores will be evaluated and tracked over time to guide your rehabilitation pathway and will be presented to you inside the app.
