This mobile phone app is your portable guide to the heritage city of Carcar in southern Cebu. It also has a listing of important phone numbers.
The app is produced as part of the nationwide Digital Tourism campaign of Cebu-based journalism startup InnoPub Media and the country's telecommunications leader Smart Communications, Inc.
