O Congresso Jurídico OAB/AC é um evento destinado a todos aqueles que possuem atuação ou interesse nas mais diversas áreas da ciência do Direito, desde os acadêmicos em formação até advogados, bacharéis e profissionais dos mais variados campos da seara jurídica em todas as partes do Estado do Acre e do Brasil.

Em um projeto inovador, realizado pela Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil (OAB) – Seccional Acre e uma comissão de acadêmicos da XXIV Turma de Direito Vespertino da Uninorte/AC, o presente evento terá por duração o período de 04 (quatro) dias, compreendendo-se entre os dias 14 e 17 de agosto de 2017, em Rio Branco, Acre.

Realizando-se no Teatro Universitário da Universidade Federal do Acre(UFAC), com capacidade para aproximadamente 1.000 (um mil) pessoas, a estrutura deste Congresso contará com modernos recursos de som e imagem, bem ainda variados sistemas automatizados de recepção, credenciamento e meios que facilitarão a participação de seus inscritos com os congressistas, o que permitirá a total comodidade, mobilidade e interação de seus inscritos nesta realização.

Com foco em ramos jurídicos de direito civil e processual civil, penal e processual penal, bem como o direito constitucional, eleitoral, humanos e a deontologia jurídica, o evento visará discutir temas elementares de alguns dos pontos mais importantes de interesse público na atualidade, sobretudo os desafios e transformações que norteiam o Poder Judiciário contemporâneo e suas funções essenciais à justiça.

Nesta ocasião, serão proporcionados aos seus participantes debates, painéis temáticos, mesas redondas e apresentações de artigos científicos, através de um rico compartilhamento de experiências e aprendizados entre desembargadores, doutrinadores, juízes, procuradores, promotores, discentes, docentes e profissionais da advocacia pública e privada a nível local e nacional, onde sua principal missão vislumbra-se em fomentar a reflexão de assuntos que influenciam diretamente a sociedade em geral por meio das abordagens mencionadas.

Este acontecimento, em especial, direciona-se em sua essência para os advogados, bacharéis e para os estudantes de Direito, classes estas que representam o futuro do Direito acreano e nacional, e que merecem total atenção e dedicação para que realizações heterogêneas como esta, possam estimulá-los ainda mais no despertar daquilo que objetivam, lutam ou lutarão em prol da mais pura e lídima justiça – o grande pilar desta louvável profissão.The Legal Congress OAB / AC is an event aimed at all those with operations or interests in several areas of science of law from academic training to lawyers, graduates and professionals from many different fields of legal harvest in all parts of the State of Acre and Brazil.

In an innovative project, organized by the Bar Association of Brazil (OAB) - Sectional Acre and academic committee of XXIV Class of Evening Law Uninorte / AC, this event will have a duration period of four (04) days, comprising If between 14 and August 17, 2017, in Rio Branco, Acre.

Taking place at the University Theater of the Federal University of Acre (UFAC) with a capacity of approximately one thousand (1,000) people, the structure of this Congress will feature modern sound capabilities and image, and yet varied automated reception systems, accreditation and means that will facilitate the participation of its subscribers with Congress, which will total convenience, mobility and interaction of its subscribers in this achievement.

Focusing on legal branches of civil law and civil procedure, criminal and criminal procedure and constitutional law, electoral, human and legal ethics, the will target event discuss basic issues of some of the most important points of public interest today, especially the challenges and transformations that guide the contemporary judiciary and the essential functions to justice.
