D3-1 Actualizaciones APK

1. El administrativo del cliente asigna ciertos folios (propiedades) a el usuario para que actualice la información al visitar una propiedad con ciertos datos que se definieron en el programa D3.
2. Al entrar a la App, le aparece la lista de los folios asignados.
3. El usuario tiene que completar 3 acciones: (1) Actualizar datos, (2) Confirmar ubicación en el mapa, y (3) tomar ciertas fotos.
4. Al escoger un folio, se abre la pantalla con los datos del inmueble en el encabezado, y aparecen en una lista todos los campos que se tienen que actualizar y/ó confirmar, el número de fotos y el tipo de foto que el usuario tiene que tomar con su smartphone.
5. Al presionar el ícono "Actualizar", se abrirá la pantalla con una lista de los campos que tiene que llenar, con texto a mano ó por medio de combos / menus con valores a escoger.
6. Al terminar, presionar el ícono "Guardar" y regresar a la pantalla de la propiedad, para así presionar el ícono de "Mapa".
7. Cuando aparece el mapa con un circulo marcando la ubicación, el usuario debe confirmar o corregir la ubicación presionando en el mapa el punto que representa la ubicación correcta. Presionar "Guardar".
8. Aparece de nuevo la pantalla con los datos de la propiedad, y hay que presionar el ícono de "Fotos".
9. Se abre un cuadro con los tipos de fotos: fachada, jardín, etc., y hay que escoger un tipo.
10. Luego tomar la foto y si es aceptable, presionar la paloma blanca, y después "Guardar"
11. Al completar las 3 acciones, el ícono de esa propiedad se vuelve color verde.
12 Al terminar con todas las propiedades, o después de completar una actualización de un folio, en la parte superior de la pantalla se encuentra un menú y se debe seleccionar "Subir información" para enviar los datos al programa D3 del cliente.
13. La lista que aparece al presionar el icono en la franja azul al lado izquierdo. indican diferentes estatus de una propiedad son: Todas, Pendientes, En Proceso, Actualizadas y Sincronizadas.
