常見問題

問：是否支援 Android 2.3 及更舊的作業系統版本？
答：沒錯，我們讓 Android 2.2 或以上用家都能夠使用 Azure 程式，並盡力使各版本兼容所有功能及 Holo 介面。

問：是否支援所有大小的屏幕？
答：Azure 經測試允許於 320 x 480 及更高解像度之屏幕，同時對 7 吋及 10.1 吋的平板電腦進行最佳化介面設計。

問：語音動作功能是否一定要連接網絡？
答：Android 2.2 至 4.0.4 用家必須連至語音伺服器才能使用；Android 4.1 或以上用家如要離線使用語音動作，必須先到 Play Store 下載最新版的 Google 搜尋或 Google Voice Search 程式，並於語言搜尋設定中下載語音離線包。離線使用時的語言辨識度或有可能降低。

問：語言動作支援什麼語言？
答：現時只支援香港粤語。

問：Azure 為什麼會使用定位功能？什麼是背後定位服務？
答：Azure 提供與你的位置相關的資訊，如天氣、附近設施等。

為了使 Azure 在開啟程式能快速查找位置資訊，你可以開啟背後定位服務，讓系統定時進行定位。建議使用「行動網絡及 Wi-Fi」定位來源。

如果無法使用定位服務，請先在「系統設定」內之「定位服務」，啟用「 Google 定位服務」。

問：我可否移除廣告？
答：我們將於稍後時間開放高級版，及移除更多限制。

問：什麼是高級版？
答：移除廣告、支援加入不限數目的模式及快速程式列表、支援自訂不限數目的語音指令及更多個人化設定。
