اعلم أخي السالك أن الدعاء السيفي هو من أعظم الأدعية ، وهو من الوظائف اليومية فيها ، وهو دعاء مشهور بين السادة الصوفية ، وله من الفوائد والفضائل ما لا يعلمه إلا الله تعالى ، وهو عظيم للنصرة على الأعداء ، وللحفظ من البلايا النازلة من السماء والخارجة من الأرض ، وهو عظيم للثبات وقوة السير إلى الله تعالى .وهو منسوب لسيدنا ومولانا وقرة أعيننا أمير المؤمنين علي بن أبي طالب كرم الله وجهه ورضي الله عنه وأرضاه ، وهذه النسبة وإن لم يعتبرها علماء الظاهر فقد اعتبرها الصالحون من أهل المعرفة ، وقد ذكره سيدنا وشيخنا الشيخ عبد القادر الجيلاني رضي الله عنه وأوصى به في كتابة (سر الأسرار) في بيان أوراد الخلوة وهو من أدعية الخلوة يقرأ في وقت السحر وله من الفضائل ما لا يعلمه إلا الله تعالى ، وأورده الشيخ العلامة يوسف النبهاني رحمه الله في كتابة ( جامع الثناء على الله) في آخر الكتاب ، وقد ذكر الشيخ إسماعيل النواب في رسالته المطبوعة على هامش الأحزاب الإدريسية في ترجمة سيدي أحمد بن إدريس انه رضي الله عنه يروي الحزب السيفي عن الشيخ المجيدري ، وهو عن قطب الجان ، عن سيدنا علي بن أبي طالب كرم الله وجهه ، وهو من أوراد السيد أبو العباس أحمد التيجاني قدس الله سره كما جاء في جواهر المعاني ، وقد أخذته بالسند من سيدي الشيخ عبيد الله القادري بسنده الشريف المذكور في مقدمة الكتاب . وهناك نسخة مخطوطة منه في مكتبة (النور العثمانية) في اسطنبول تحت رقم (2851) في فن التصوف ، وقد نقلت إلينا هذه النبذة عن الدعاء السيفي في النسخة التي في مكتبة النور العثمانية في اسطنبول : أخبرنا أبو عبدالله الحسين بن إبراهيم بن علي قال أخبرنا أبو محمد هارون بن موسىقال حدثنا علي بن محمد بن أحمد العلوي المعروف بالمستنجد قال :قال عبدالله بن عباس وعبدالله بن جعفر بينما نحن جلوس عند أمير المؤمنين علي بنأبي طالب إذ دخل الحسن بن علي فقال: يا أمير المؤمنين بالباب رجل يستأذن عليك ينفحمنه ريح المسك . قال: ائذن له . فدخل رجل جسيم وسيم له منظر رائع فصيح اللسان عليهلباس الملوك فقال: السلام عليك يا أمير المؤمنين، إني رجل من أقصى بلاد اليمن ومن أشراف العرب وقد خلفت ورائي مُلكاً عظيما ونعمة سابغة وإني لفي غضارة من العيش وخفضمن الحال وضياع ناشية وقد عجمت الأمور ودربتني الدهور ولي عدو مشج، وقد أرهقنيوغلبني بكثيرة نفيره وقوة نصيره وتكاثف جمعه، وقد أعيتني فيه الحيلة، وإني كنتراقداً ذات ليلة حتى أتاني آت، فهتف بي أن قم يا رجل إلى باب مدينة العلم ابن أبيطالب واسأله أن يعلمك الدعاء الذي علمه رسـول الله ففيه الاسم الأعظم فادع به علىعدوك المناصب لك. فانتبهت يا أمير المؤمنين ولم أعرج على شيء حتى شخصت نحوك فيأربعمائة عبد إني أشهد الله وأشهد رسوله وأشهدك أنهم أحرار، وقد جئتك يا أمير المؤمنين من فج عميق وبلد شاسع قد ضؤل جرمي ونحل جسمي فامنن علي يا أمير المؤمنين بفضلك وبحق الأبوة والرحم الماسة علمني الدعاء الذي رأيت في منامي ، وهتف بي أن أرحلفيه إليك، فقال أمير المؤمنين: أفعل ذلك إن شاء الله، ودعا بدواة وقرطاس وكتب لههذا الدعاءثم قال له انظر إنه حفظ لك، فإني أرجو أن توافي بلدك وقدأهلك الله عدوك، فإني سمعت رسول صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: لو أن رجلاً قرأ هذاالدعاء بنية صادقة وقلب خاشع ثم أمر الجبال أن تسير معه لسارت، وعلى البحر لمشى عليه، وخرج الرجل إلى بلاده، فورد كتابة على مولانا أمير المؤمنين بعد أربعين يوماًأن الله قد أهلك عدوه حتى أنه لم يبق في ناحيته رجل. فقال أمير المؤمنين: قد علمت ذلك، ولقد علمنيه رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وما استعسر عليّ أمر إلا استيسر به. وحدثني سيدي وشيخي الشيخ عبيد الله القادري الحسيني حفظه الله تعالى فقال : لقد رأيت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم في الرؤية وأنا أحمل بيدي الدعاء السيفي فنظر إلي رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وقال لي : ما هذا . فقلت له هذا الدعاء السيفي فقال لي لماذا تقرأه . قال فقلت له :أخبرنا والدنا الشيخ أحمد الأخضر القادري انه يقرأ خمسمائة مرة لقضاء الحوائج فقال لي :اعلم يا بني أن من قرأه ثلاث مرات لقضاء حاجته قضيت بإذن الله ويقرأ خمسمائة مرة على المهمات فلو قرأ على جبل لزال بإذن الله تعالى ، ثم قال سيدي الشيخ عبيد الله القادري حفظه الله تعالى : ومن فوائده الاجتماع بالخضر أبا العباس عليه السلام . وقد جربته لهذا ورأيت الخضر أبا العباس . وأنا الفقير لله جربته لهذا وأكرمني الله تعالى برؤية الخضر عليه السلام في الرؤية واليقظة .فعليك به أخي السالك ترى الخير والبركة والفتح والنصر ولا تدعه أبداً واجعله وردك اليومي لا تتركه حتى يفتح الله عليك فتوح العارفين .
