Phần mềm DKK Đăng Ký Khám Bệnh (viết tắt DKK), là phần mềm dành cho khách hàng khi muốn đăng ký khám bệnh trực tuyến tại Bệnh Viện hay các phòng khám tư nhân
- Phần mềm DKK cho phép khách hàng bắt số thứ tự từ xa thông qua dữ liệu di động hoặc kết nối Wifi.
- Khách hàng sử dụng phần mềm DKK sẽ rút ngắn thời gian và chi phí để đăng ký khi không cần đến cơ sở khám chữa bệnh để bắt số thứ tự mà có thể ngồi tại nhà để biết số thứ tự của mình.
- DKK còn cho phép người dùng truy cập lịch sử khám chữa bệnh. Thông qua tài khoản cá nhân, khách hàng có thể xem lại thông tin về bệnh án, lịch sử khám bệnh, thông tin về cận lâm sàng, vật tư, thuốc sử dụng, kết quả điều trị... trong quá trình khám chữa bệnh tại Bệnh Viện ĐKTW Cần Thơ.

Các chức năng chính trong phần mềm DKK
- Đăng ký số thứ tự (bắt số thứ tự) khám bệnh qua hệ thống tại bệnh viện
- Đăng ký số thứ tự khám qua tổng đài 1080
- Đăng ký số thứ tự khám qua tin nhắn SMS
- Xem thông tin chi tiết người bệnh
- Xem lịch sử khám bệnh
- Xem chi tiết cận lâm sàng
- Xem chi tiết thuốc, vật tư sử dụng

- Trên lãnh thỗ Việt Nam.
- Khách hàng có thể đăng ký trước 02 ngày để đến khám.
