DECRETO-LEY NÚMERO 106

ENRIQUE PERALTA AZURDIA,

JEFE DEL GOBIERNO DE LA REPÚBLICA,
CONSIDERANDO:
Que desde hace varios años se ha sentido la urgente necesidad de reformar la legislación civil, para adaptarla a los avances de la ciencia y a la natural evolución de las costumbres y demás relaciones sociales reguladas por esta rama del Derecho;
CONSIDERANDO:
Que también es indispensable unificar, dentro del Código Civil, varias leyes dispersas que anticiparon reformas o establecieron nuevas instituciones que, por su propia naturaleza, deben figurar en este cuerpo legal;
CONSIDERANDO:
Que la comisión designada para revisar el proyecto del nuevo Código Civil emitió un informe favorable al mismo, después de haber introducido las modificaciones que estimó pertinentes;
POR TANTO,
En uso de las facultades que le confiere el artículo 3º de la Carta Fundamental de Gobierno,

EN CONSEJO DE MINISTROS, DECRETA:

El siguiente.

WHEREAS:
Who for several years has felt the urgent need to reform the civil law, to adapt to advances in science and natural history of customs and other social relations regulated by this branch of the law;
WHEREAS:
That is also essential to join within the Civil Code, several scattered laws or anticipated reforms established new institutions, by their nature, must appear in this body of law;
WHEREAS:
That designee to review the draft of the new Civil Code Committee issued a favorable report to it, after introducing the changes it deemed relevant;
