L’AUCR, un club à la hauteur !
Le rugby et l’AUC c’est d’abord une longue et belle histoire au long cours qui navigue depuis plus d’un
demi-siècle dans les eaux pétillantes du sport aixois. Pour ses noces de diamant, l’AUCR a brillé de toutes ses facettes en accédant, en juin 2013, aux joutes nationales. Le club historique d’Aix, celui-là même qui, quelques décennies plus tôt, lançait sur les terrains encore vagues du Jas de Bouffan, la pratique du rugby, s’est ainsi offert en quelques saisons un nouveau statut, une nouvelle légitimité.
En marge de ce succès sportif, l’AUCR est resté fidèle à son identité de club rassembleur. Notre XV universitaire a toujours oeuvré pour le développement de la pratique vers un plus grand nombre.
Aujourd’hui présent dans toutes les catégories jeunes (et féminine depuis cette année), Aix poursuit sa marche en avant avec une force de caractère que beaucoup connaissent, autour d’un projet mesuré mais ambitieux.
L’adhésion populaire qui existe désormais démontre l’enthousiasme qui anime le club et la crédibilité sportive que s’est forgé notre club autour de valeurs fondamentales, fidèles à l’ovalie.
Depuis sa montée en Fédérale 3, l’Aix Université Club Rugby s’est attiré les faveurs et la ferveur d’un public acquis à sa cause et de partenaires déterminés à soutenir le dessein d’un club sans cesse renouvelé mais avec ce même esprit fédérateur.
Peu importe d’être ou non un grand club. L’important est d’être à la hauteur des défis qui nous attendent. Ici, on parle la langue de l’ovalie aussi bien qu’ailleurs ! Alors, bienvenue, mesdames, messieurs dans l’univers d’un club qui ne cesse de se réinventer pour le bonheur de toutes et de tous !

 Since its Federal uphill 3 Aix University Rugby Club has earned the favor and fervor of a public to his cause and partners committed to supporting the design of a club constantly renewed but with the same spirit unifying.
