تطبيق أراضي بيضاء يتيح للجمهور المساهمة في الاعلام عن الأراضي البيضاء

هدف نظام رسوم الأراضي البيضاء إلى:

١- زيادة المعروض من الأراضي المطورة بما يحقق التوازن بين العرض والطلب.
٢- توفير الأراضي السكنية بأسعار مناسبة.
٣- حماية المنافسة العادلة، ومكافحة الممارسات الاحتكارية.

حيث يفرض البرنامج رسم سنوي على الأراضي البيضاء، المملوكة لشخص أو أكثر من ذوي الصفة الطبيعية أو الصفة الاعتبارية غير الحكومية، بنسبة ٢٫٥ ٪ من قيمة الأرض. كما ستقوم الوزارة باستعمال إيرادات الرسوم للصرف على مشاريع الاسكان والبنية التحتية مما يدعم العرض في قطاع الاسكان لتقديم الحلول والمنتجات.
