يمثل التسجيل في "الموقع" واستخدام "الخدمات" المتاحة فيه، لترويج أو بيع المنتجات أو الأصناف (و يشار إليها في ما بعد بـ "السلع" او "السلعة")، موافقة على الأحكام والشروط المذكورة هنا في اتفاقية خدمات البائع هذه (و يشار إليها في ما بعد بـ"الاتفاقية")، بما يشمل كافة السياسات والإرشادات الموضحة هنا أو المشار إليها في "الموقع" أو مكان آخر، و بالاضافة إلى ما يلي:

تحتفظ عروض لكم بحق تعديل أي من الأحكام والشروط المذكورة في هذه الاتفاقية أو أية سياسات أو إرشادات مشار إليها في “الموقع” أو الخدمات، لأي سبب وفي أي وقت. سوف تقوم عروض لكمبنشر هذه التغييرات هنا على "الموقع"، و/أو إخطار البائع بطرق أخرى ترها مناسبة. يتحمل البائع مسؤولية الاطلاع على هذه الإخطارات بشكل مستمر. يمكن نشر التغييرات على هذه "الاتفاقية" إلى جانب الأجزاء والسياسات والإرشادات المشار إليها بدون إشعار مسبق.

عند مواصلة استخدام "الموقع" و "الخدمات" من قبل البائع بعد التعديل، يعتبر البائع موافقا على الالتزام بكافة الشروط والأحكام الموضحة في هذه الاتفاقية، بما فيها جميع السياسات والإرشادات المدرجة هنا أو المشار إليها في "الموقع" أو أماكن أخرى.
