◎本公司飲水機出貨時，將註冊貼紙貼於飲水機正面或側面明顯處。
◎ 下載完成後，請立即開啟程式並點選『登錄保固』
◎ 點選開啟鏡頭來掃描註冊碼
◎ 將鏡頭紅線對準註冊碼中央，並保持平穩
注意!若條碼辨識錯誤，資料庫將無法核對資料，請在按一次開啟鏡頭重新掃描!
若條碼掃描結果正確，仍顯示資料庫無資料，請儘速與您的服務人員聯絡
或將編碼及原因傳至客服信箱 [email protected]


全新地標服務中心概念:
◎ 在您註冊保固時，您需要選擇一個離您最近的WATER PLUS 服務中心，我們可以藉由
您選擇的服務中心，在您需要各項服務時快速到達並與您取得聯絡。為保護您的個資
我們建議不要將打卡位置選擇於您的住家!
◎ 另外我們也藉由地標服務中心的各項資訊，來落實我們的庫存管理及庫存分配!避免買到
過季的庫存品。
您亦可透過本APP頁面瞭解您的服務經銷商資訊、產品資訊、優惠資訊等將紀錄於您的社
群網站中提供您隨時瀏覽，本公司將不定時提供優惠。
◎ 當打卡成功時頁面同時顯示您的註冊日期。
建議您於飲水器安裝後10日內完成註冊，若您的註冊日期超出安裝後10日我們將
依據產品出廠日期加上經銷庫存期間(即您的安裝日期)起算1年來判定您註冊日期
。若有其他優惠則不受延遲保固影響。


APP服務-基本緊急處置及故障排除
◎ 當您的產品發生故障時可藉由本服務了解基本的緊急處置方法，避免造成波及其他零
組件，我們亦會增加關於您的飲水器在日常保養的建議，來延長您的使用年限。


APP產品錯誤代碼叫修服務
◎ WATER PLUS的飲水機產品上，如有顯示水溫的
LED燈亦可在產品故障或是需要更換濾心時，顯示錯
誤代碼，您可以由此APP服務中的『故障排除』選項
來查詢代碼的發生原因，依照建議作緊急處置，並回
傳代碼給我們，我們的服務人員收到代碼後可依照您
回傳的代碼迅速判斷並為您解決問題!

◎ 當您提交服務申請單時(於『產品服務』頁下方，若
您的產品已註冊僅需填入註冊碼)，並請務必選擇錯誤
代碼，及產品註冊碼後提交，提供我們快速判定保固及錯
