EZ2COUNT LITE APK

The ez2cont lite is a cloud based small business accounting and financial management application for micro & small enterprises. This application has been designed for small business to manage their complete accounting needs with little knowledge of underlying accounting principles. This application will help to manage Sales, Purchase, Production, Expenses, Payments, Receivables and Payables in a simple way. This will also help to manage fixed assets.

This application will have interactive dashboard containing sales, purchase, receipt, payments, receivables, payables, etc. along with easy navigation option and few graphical representations viz. pie chart and bar chart. The reports will have option to export to pdf and excel which can be shared to the other standard apps like Email, WhatsApp and other media and can be printed.

The 3 main system roles are available in the system to perform different tasks. These are Administrator, EDS – Enterprise Development Specialist and Client. The main task of the administrator is to add new EDSs into the system to induct and monitor clients and provide them user credentials to access app and
for EDS it is to induct new client into the system and provide them credentials to access the app. The clients are the actual target users of the system. Upon getting the initial registration through EDS, they can access the system, can make necessary setup for their business and can start using it. Clients can maintain their accounting, sales, purchase, inventory and fixed assets. They will have all the financial, sales, purchase, inventory and fixed asset reports ready.

The system is password protected and need to Log In to get into the system and perform task. The system also supports multi language and can be chosen before log in. In first app screen English and Native language will be shown for the country.
