About Radio FM 90s

Glisten is a dance-inspired full body training method created by professional dancer & trainer, Meghan McFerran. Glisten is your all-in-one destination for the most fun at-home workouts while channeling that inner glisten - the feeling of strength, confidence and power from the inside out.

As a professional dancer in NYC, I spent years auditioning against girls who looked exactly like me. We competed for one spot, to fit into that one costume, to have the best personality, to stand out the most. I wanted to stop working against my competitors and start building a community where everyone deserves the lead role and we all celebrate it.

The Glisten App has over 250 classes of different lengths and styles, from dance cardio, sculpt, HIIT, Full Body, Arms & Abs, stretch and much more! New on-demand classes are added each week, and virtual live classes happen every week. All classes can be done without equipment, or add in light weights, resistance bands, ankle weights and sliders for an extra challenge!
