Gourmet 2016 APK

Gourmet è la nuova manifestazione dedicata al mondo Ho.Re.Ca. (Hotellerie, Restaurant, Catering) e Food & Beverage, in programma dal 13 al 15 novembre 2016 a Lingotto Fiere di Torino.

Un progetto nato nel 2015 da una strategica collaborazione tra GL events Italia, filiale italiana del player mondiale nell’organizzazione di eventi, tra cui Sirha Lyon e Bocuse d’Or, e Gambero Rosso, azienda Global Trend Leader & Educator nel settore wine travel food.

Sin dalla prima edizione, Gourmet si è già affermato come luogo privilegiato di business, incontro e confronto, oltre che di formazione e di aggiornamento professionale per i protagonisti di un settore diventato negli ultimi anni il punto di forza del mercato enogastronomico nazionale.

Gourmet propone la formula dell’expoforum, con un una parte espositiva articolata per aree tematiche: food, pane, pasta e pizza; caffè, pasticceria, gelateria; beverage, vino, liquori; attrezzature, forniture, arredi e complementi; comunicazione, servizi, start up. The Forum, heart of the event, is made up of a rich calendar of events, including conferences, training workshops, tastings, book presentations and contests, to discover the trends of the future of professional catering.
