One can add an entry in your calendar to keep records of your meditation progress.The calendar entries by default are scheduled for 1 hour. The app keeps a record and shows overall time you have meditated.One has an option to either meditate on Goddess Mahalakshmi's image with the chanting of mantra or one can meditate in peace on Goddess Mahalakshmi's image by pausing audio of Mantra from the menu. The third way to mediate is close your eyes and listen to the Mahalakshmi mantra.
