So often we cannot remember what we have eaten, when we have eaten, and how much we have eaten. This app provides a visual means to journal meals on a daily basis. Allows for multipurpose visual reflection on meals including for: accountability, mindfulness, assessing healthfulness of diet, or tracking your kitchen creations.

- Simply, efficiently, and accurately reflect on meals

- Mark meal as favourite

- Tag meals with key words for reflecting and search purposes

- If applicable, record website where recipe was found

- Add notes to describe the meal, including cooking methods, ingredients, or anything else worth taking note of such as well being before and after the meal
