This new and exciting app is easy to use, FREE to download, looks great and introduces a whole new way to socially connect.

Meeple Match brings users together to play board games and card games in person with other players. Simply select the game you wish to play, the venue, date and time by browsing, creating and accepting invitations within the app.

Playing tabletop games is a wonderfully entertaining pastime. It can be challenging, tactical and hilarious. What a great way to meet new people and share in everything these games have to offer: negotiate, draw pictures, roll the dice, kill bandits, build railways, download data, call open misère, avoid assassins and cast spells.

So, why not get out and about, away from games played on a screen, meet new people and have fun!

FEATURES:

FIND NEARBY GAMES
Meeple Match finds games for players within any selected location and lists the distance required to travel to the venue. Each game displays an image of the host, how many players are required, information about the game, a location map of the venue and all confirmed player profiles.

REFINE SEARCH
Nearby Games can be customised to find exactly what players are looking for. Multiple games and dates can be selected to display the refined search. The location can be set at any destination which enables players to organise games for any time and place.

REQUEST TO JOIN A GAME
When a player finds a game they would like to join, they simply add how many players are requesting to join the game and click on Join Game. The host of the game then browses through all the pending players and selects the ones they would like to play the game with. Players can view their game status within the My Requests function which indicates whether your request has been
accepted, declined or pending.

CREATE GAME INVITATIONS
Players can add an invitation for the game of their choice to be displayed on the Nearby Games screen for Meeple Match users to view. To create an invitation, users select the game of their choice, select the date and time, insert the location of the venue and how many players are required. These created invitations will also display in the player’s menu under the My Invitations function.

SELECT PLAYERS
From within My Invitations, the host of each game can view all the players and player profiles of those who requested to join the game. The host then selects who they would like to play with by accepting them into the game. When a game is full this will be displayed to all Meeple Match users.

MANAGING GAME PLANS
The menu tracks invitations, requests to join other games and confirmed games that are ready to play so each player can easily manage their game plans.

PLAYER PROFILE
Each Meeple Match user has a player profile which includes an image, age (optional) and a little about themselves. The email and location addresses are hidden from other app users and are not public. The player profile can be updated at any time.

CHAT WITH PLAYERS
Each game has its own chat room and all confirmed players can send and receive messages within the group and get to know each other prior to the game meet up.

GAME SELECTION
Meeple Match has an exciting array of games for the players to choose from when they are creating game invitations. These include the old classics plus many of the new and innovative strategy board games on the market.

REQUEST NEW GAMES
Players can also request new games to be added to the drop down menus via the New Game Request function.

NOTIFICATIONS
Meeple Match utilises email and push notifications to alert players to the status of game requests, confirmed games, game event details that have been modified or cancelled and a 2 hr pre-game notification.

UPCOMING EVENTS
Organised game events, pre-releases, fundraising events, tournaments, festivals and conventions can all be advertised within the Meeple Match app to assist in connecting gamers and organisers.
