Meet Sassy:

Sassy (Saskia) Gregson-Williams is a professionally trained ballerina and qualified personal trainer. She founded the award winning online Health & Fitness website Naturally Sassy and released her debut cookbook published by Penguin-Random House under the same name.

Sassy created the first Naturally Sassy fitness method, Ballet Blast, after a recurring injury left her spending more time on the physio bed than on stage. It was then that she started to unknowingly fuse classical ballet with strength and cardio work in an attempt to create a powerful program for her recovery. She started working through these routines on a daily basis, and saw amazing physical results in her own body, which became as lean training 1 hour a day with Ballet Blast as it had been with 6 hours of daily dancing. Her friends and co-workers clocked onto this, and she started to teach them too; It was a hit. Sassy knew this method could go far beyond the studio walls, as she started to train a variety of diverse clients; Women with office jobs, full time mums, elite athletes – all with different goals and equal success. She hung up her pointe shoes, and Ballet Blast by Sassy was born!
