About Radio FM 90s

Illustrative Neonatology is a digital textbook which contains easy to understand infographics by Dr. Satyan Lakshminrusimha. In the field of neonatology, some of the pathophysiology are complex to understand and illustrations are used extensively in presentations and textbook to make the concept simple.

Dr. Lakshmirusimha’s illustrations are used in textbook and journal papers by his colleagues all around the world. This app contains some of the most common and some rare pathophysiology with a short description. Some of the most common topics included are respiratory, cardiovascular, maternal fetal medicine and neurology.

For example: a concept such as biophysical profile (BPP) or a complex pathophysiology of congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH) can be learned or explained to a parent or a provider with the help of this digital app.

It is designed and made available for download at no cost in smart hand held devices from digital application store. In resource limited setting these images can be printed and used after obtaining permission ([email protected]).
