PARTNER Mobile Lite è una soluzione software, che permette a venditori ed agenti di raccogliere ordini presso i clienti o di vendere in maniera veloce e semplice.

Partner Mobile Light consente di gestire clienti, fornitori, articoli attraverso la nostra piattaforma Cloud accessibile da Web.

L‘applicazione lavora off-line e necessita di una connessione internet solo per la trasmissione dei documenti e per l’aggiornamento dei dati tramite cloud.

➤ CLIENTI
Creazione nuova anagrafica cliente.
Ricerca cliente per ragione sociale, indirizzo e p.iva.
Modifica: listino, sconti e condizioni di pagamento. *
Gestione più destinazioni per lo stesso cliente.
Geo localizzazione del cliente su Google Maps. **

➤ ARTICOLI
Ricerca articolo per descrizione, codice articolo, codice originale del fornitore, fornitore,
categoria merceologica e foto articolo.
Visualizzazione: disponibilità, pezzi per confezione e quantità per collo.
Gestione delle condizioni commercali: listini di vendita e promozioni.
Possibilità di visualizzare il catalogo articoli per foto oppure il catalogo degli articoli acquistati del cliente.

➤ RACCOLTA ORDINI
Inserimento, variazione e cancellazione ordine.
Condizioni commerciali recuperate dalla anagrafica cliente.
Visualizzazione durante inserimento articolo ordinato o fatturato precedente.
Inserimento articoli non codificati. Invio ordine via email al cliente.
Stampa ordine tramite stampante Bluetooth dedicata.
Visualizzazione estratto conto cliente con partite aperte e saldate.
Possibilità di programmare e inserire appuntamenti su Google Calendar.

Possibilita di creare un catalogo con le foto.
Generazione automatica catologo foto degli articoli acquistati dal cliente.

➤ STATISTICHE SUL ORDINATO
Movimenti cronologico per cliente.
