Around the world push ups are considered a great test of upper body strength and endurance. Most military forces incorporate push ups in their fitness tests are a combination of physical and mental toughness.

Push ups are a great test because to be successful you need three things.

1. Upper body strength

2. Upper body/core muscular endurance

3. Optimum bodyweight to prevent additional difficulty

The ultimate push up challenge consists of 30 individual challenges over 6 separate levels of difficulty which prepare you for Level 31: The Push Up Master Challenge.

Push up Master can easily be incorporated into your regular training or used alone as a great bodyweight training tool.

The rules are simple. You progress at your own pace, attempting the individual challenges when you feel ready.

It's possible you might finish one or two in one training session. You might be stuck on the same challenge for a week!
