Connect App fungerer med opkobling til en OBD-plug, der installeres i din bil. Ved hjælp af SOS Connect scannes bilen løbende for forskellige fejlkoder, fx i bilen motor, i det elektriske system eller efter batterifejl.

Hvis bilen melder om fejl, giver Connect dig en notifikation via app’en. Du får også en besked om, hvad du bør gøre, fx køre ind til siden og kontakte SOS International.
