Now you can provide uninterrupted IT support to end users anytime and anywhere using your mobile devices, just as you would in ServiceDesk Plus on the web. The mobile app is designed to allow technicians to provide resolutions to end users by getting the full picture of the issue at hand, collaborating with other technicians, providing required approvals, obtaining solutions directly from the knowledge base, and conversing with end users on the mobile app itself.
