Each pose is held for 60 seconds allowing you to deepen the stretches as your muscles become more flexible. The end of each pose is signaled with a gong and a vibration allowing you to concentrate on the pose rather than the screen. The application features automatic advance allowing for a hands-free yoga practice. If you prefer more control, you can manually proceed to the next pose. Basic and advanced yoga poses are available.
