Use the app to show your speed on top of other applications like navigation apps, that don't offer a native speed display.

* fix shortcuts for android 13 compatability:
- manually created shortcuts in automation apps now need an additional package name for the action like: de.zuim.speedoverlay.TOGGLE instead of just TOGGLE
* correctly localize all numbers
