Am 7. Februar 2016 werden zum sechsten Mal die Swiss Nightlife Awards (SNA), präsentiert
von Carlsberg, verliehen. Neu findet die Preisübergabe an einem Sonntag statt, dem
eigentlichen Samstag der Nightlife- und Gastronomieszene. Mit Serap Yavuz und Marco
Fritsche führt zudem ein neues Moderatorenduo durch den Abend. Mittlerweile zum dritten Mal findet die Awardshow im Komplex 457 inZürich statt.

Der Wechsel der Verleihung des Swiss Nightlife Award von Samstag auf Sonntag
vereinfacht es der Nightlife- und Gastro-Szene, an der Awardshow teilzunehmen. Erstmals
wird der SNA von dem neuen Moderationsduo Serap Yavuz und Marco Fritsche moderiert,
wobei Yavuz im letzten Jahr schon als Co-Moderatorin fungierte. Für die Awardshow wird
die bewährte Zusammenarbeit mit der Eventlocation Komplex 457 fortgesetzt: Bereits zum
dritten Mal in Folge findet die Verleihung und die darauf folgende öffentliche Awardparty an
der Hohlstrasse in Zürich statt.

Wer die begehrten Eulen erhält, bestimmt erneut das Publikum. Durch zwei Online Votings
werden die Gewinner aus den verschiedenen Kategorien gewählt: Im November 2015 werden
die besten 10 gewählt gefolgt von dem Top 3-Voting im Dezember. Die Gewinner werden
dann am 7. Februar 2016 im Rahmen der exklusiven SNA Awardshow bekanntgegeben und
gekürt.

Dieses Jahr das erste Mal dabei ist etwa die Event Serie Terrazzza, die unter anderem
auf dem Zürcher Üetliberg namhafte Künstler wie Solomun, Fritz Kalkbrenner oder
Sascha Braemer empfangen hat. Das erste Mal überhaupt sind drei frühere Gewinner
eines SNA gemeinsam für einen weiteren Award nominiert: In der Kategorie «Best
Electronica DJ» liefern sich Adriatique, Andrea Oliva und Luciano ein Kopf-an-KopfRennen
um die goldige Eule. Tanja La Croix war ebenfalls schon mal nominiert. Sie
ist die einzige Frau unter den Nominierten und tritt gegen DJ Antoine und EDX in der
Kategorie «Best EDM DJ» an. In der Kategorie «Best New Location» stehen sich
dieses Jahr die Clubs Alice Choo und Härterei (beide Zürich), dem Lausanner Club
XOXO gegenüber.

Die SNA Award Party startet um 21.30 Uhr. Zum Line-up gehört neben den bekannten
Lokalmatadoren Dejan, Reto Ardour und Ronald Grauer der südafrikanische
Senkrechtstarter Black Coffee. Der gefragte Klangmagier sammelt fleissig Anhänger
und Bewunderer an internationalen Festivals wie Sonar und Coachella und wurde an
den renommierten DJ Awards in Ibiza als «Breakthrough DJ Of The Year» und mit
dem «Dance Nation Of The Year»-Award ausgezeichnet.
