UPnGO with ParticipACTION is a workplace wellness program aimed at getting Canadians to sit less and move more. UPnGO delivers an effective approach to increasing physical activity by providing employees with a combination of personal goal setting, action planning, team challenges and rewards.

Step Goals: the UPnGO app will give you a personalized step goal and little nudges along the way to help you get there!

Nudges: UPnGO will help you plan more movement into your day and inspire you to change how you work, one step at a time.

Challenges: UPnGO begins with a series of six weekly challenges to inspire everyone in your workplace to sit less and move more.

Rewards: every time you track activity using the UPnGO app, you’ll earn points towards valuable rewards!
