VEASYT Tour is the accessible multimedia guide, allowing all visitors (including those with sensory or language disabilities) complete and autonomous access to cultural or informative content on the city and its museums, villas, parks, wine and food tasting tours or natural sites. Content is available in text, audio and sign language video.

VEASYT Tour is the accessible “reinterpretation” of traditional paper city guides. It is not aimed at a disadvantaged group, but follows the guidelines of the “Design for All” principle. Each user can customise their experience by choosing the format best suited to them, guaranteeing universal access to all cultural content. The guide is organised into chapters with the most popular sites shown on multimedia maps, supplemented with photos and graphic reconstructions.

The guide can easily be updated with new verbal and sign languages as well as with new chapters, allowing more detailed and accessible information to be added. An audio version is available for visually impaired or blind visitors, and hearing impaired or deaf visitors can access a sign language video or a simplified (but not banal) text. This allows all visitors to access audio, text or sign language video formats.
