Veg Stars is an app for families who want to help their children eat more vegetables.
It’s very common for young children to refuse vegetables, which can be worrying and frustrating for families. Veg Stars is here to help, developed by child feeding experts from the universities of Loughborough, Bedfordshire, Aston and UCL in the UK.
The app includes tips and information for encouraging children to eat vegetables (including the 3 Rs method – Reoffering, Role-modelling, Rewarding), as well as tools to help you put them into action.
