Bagaimana untuk menjadi reseller?

Untuk reseller pakaian muslim, mengunduh aplikasi ini adalah pilihan yang tepat. Didukung tampilan menu yang simple, kami menyediakan model-model pakaian muslim hijabers baru setiap hari.


Apakah harus grosir, atau bisa satuan?

Syarat mutlak untuk bergabung yaitu membeli secara grosir. Kami tidak menjual satuan. Mohon untuk tidak menanyakan apakah bisa beli 1pc atau campur model. Jawabannya, tidak bisa.

Minimum pembelian adalah 1 seri. For info, 1 seri berarti 4pc atau 5pc atau 6pc per model, semua warna persis sesuai foto. Terkadang ada stok yang sudah tidak seri warna, saat itu kita akan memberi info sebelumnya.


Pengiriman menggunakan apa saja?

Apakah berlaku sistem keep?

Untuk langganan, biasanya kami mau keep 2 sampai 3 hari. Bagi pelanggan baru, mohon dapat segera transfer karena kami tidak bisa keep.


Bagaimana dengan potongan harga?

Kami setia melayani semua customer kami, termasuk yang jarang-jarang order, maupun yang baru mencoba order 1 seri dulu. Namun secara otomatis kami akan memberikan harga lebih bersaing kepada customer yang order dalam jumlah besar.


Bagaimana dengan sistem retur?

Seperti umumnya toko di tanah abang, retur hanya untuk barang BS (cacat bahan atau jahitan). Perlu kami jelaskan bahwa semua barang produksi kami sudah diperiksa saat proses penggosokan dan penglipatan. Jadi kami tidak dapat menerima returan robek atau noda, yang baru terjadi setelah barang diterima.

Namun apabila ada ditemukan barang BS, segera info dan akan kami tukar dengan model dan warna yang sama, atau sesuai ketersediaan. Batas waktu untuk info ke kami adalah 3 hari setelah barang diterima.
