* Fixes an issue that could "logout" a user upon submitting a signature
* Shows "Customer Address Notes" on the view order screen
* Hopefully fixes the issue where notifications would interrupt music or other system sounds
* Paging sound and badge no longer play/show when orders have not been fully paged
