-Fixed Camera Toggle. Player will no longer be able to toggle between island during building phase ( as intended).
-Fixed Transport plane code, it should not be dropping mech off under ground any more.
-Adjusted the damage of autocannon. Chappal is now a more powerful mech worthy of its price.
