This is free turn-limited version of WW1 Western Front, a large-scale turn based strategy game set on the Western Front of the First World War.
You are in command of the German armed forces - generals, infantry, cavalry, artillery and the first tank units - and the object of the game is to conquer the strategic parts of France as quickly as possible.

What's New in this version
+ Added German Tunneling Company unit type (later in campaign). Weakens one adjacent enemy fort. ON/OFF option in settings.
+ Simplified Shield-styled city icons
+ Added French FT-17 tank units (later in the campaign)
+ General Action: Exchange remaining MPs to Railway Move Points (RMPs)
+ Setting: General switched from ON/OFF to % chance of getting each general (options 0-100)
+ Any unit can be disbanded by selecting it and pressing the REL-button (relieve) for more than 5 seconds
