About Radio FM 90s

The #1 multisport athletic log software since 1990 for Macintosh, Windows, Palm, iOS, and now for Android as well!

o Log your workouts in multiple sports — running, cycling, swimming, cross-country skiing, or anything else.
o Customize each sport with your preferred units for distance and speed or pace, in "English" ("imperial") or metric units (i.e., miles or kilometers).
o Record distance, time, and pace (enter any two and the third is automatically calculated), along with date, sport, category (race, training, or interval workout), route or workout description, and notes.
o Add a graphic to each entry — a photo you took, a map of your route, a heart rate graph, a race photo, etc.
o No limit on the number of entries. 15 years of workouts? No problem.
o Memorize and enter frequent workouts using "autofill." Just enter today's time and perhaps a comment and you're done.
o Display workouts in a scrolling list, or in a single workout/screen "journal" format. From the journal format, tap on the thumbnail of any attached graphic to display the graphic full screen.
o Quickly find a workout on a particular date with the date scroller, rather than scrolling through hundreds or thousands of entries.
o Display time, distance, pace, and #workouts totals in list or graphical form, by week, month, or year, for all sports or any one sport
o Record and total (and graph) any other numerical quantity — weight, ascent, average heart rate, etc. — using "keywords".
o Powerful selection capability lets you display and total workouts by date, sport, category, distance, time, pace, or any word or phrase in either the route/workout or notes fields.
o Compound selection lets you select workouts which fit multiple criteria, using either "and" or "or" criteria (i.e., workouts which fit two different criteria, or which fit one criteria or the other). Or, select workouts which do not fit certain criteria (e.g., all the workouts where the notes do not include the words "taking it easy").
o Upload your entire log or portions of it to your desktop via Dropbox™, SD card, email or ftp.
o Output files are simple text files with full compatibility with the desktop versions (Mac and Windows) of Athlete's Diary (sold separately), but also able to be read by any other word processing, database, or spreadsheet software on the desktop as well, thus ensuring its viability for the indefinite future.
o Easy, automatic synchronization between desktop, iOS, and Android versions, or multiple copies of the software running on different Android devices (e.g., a phone and a tablet), using Dropbox.
o Download your existing desktop log into the Android version
o The log you maintain with Athlete's Diary is YOUR file, maintained on YOUR computer and (optionally) in YOUR cloud account. This is software for YOU to use for your own purposes, and gives you possession of your data now and 25 years from now. Unlike other software, we don't ask you to "join" something or "register" or "log in" or share any information whatsoever in order to use the software (we do ask you to register with us just so we can keep you informed about software updates and give you a discount on our desktop version, and that is entirely optional).

What's New in this version

- Renewed compatibility with Dropbox after Dropbox discontinued support for its older APIs

- Photos selected from the photo library to be attached to entries are now automatically uploaded to the Pictures folder in your Athlete's Diary folder in Dropbox (if use are using Dropbox)

- The "Toggle Keyboard" button on the New/Edit Entry and Selection screens now "learns" your preference, so once you adjust the keyboard as desired, your preference will be permanent.

- Minor UI tweaks for tablets
