Artículo 1.- Aprobar el Texto Oficial de la Síntesis de la Legislación Laboral, que contiene las principales disposiciones vigentes sobre la materia.
El Ministerio de Trabajo y Promoción Social actualizará periódicamente el Texto Oficial de la Síntesis de la Legislación Laboral.

Artículo 2.- Los empleadores cuyos trabajadores estén sujetos al régimen laboral de la actividad privada, deberán contar con el Texto Oficial de la Síntesis de la Legislación Laboral.
La obligación contenida en el párrafo anterior, rige a partir de los sesenta (60) días posteriores a la vigencia de la presente Resolución Ministerial.

Artículo 3.- La verificación del cumplimiento de las obligaciones derivadas de las relaciones previas al contrato de trabajo, tendrá fundamentalmente una finalidad orientadora e informativa.

Artículo 4.- La Síntesis de la Legislación Laboral que se aprueba por la presente Resolución Ministerial, no afecta la vigencia de las normas sobre Seguridad e Higiene Ocupacional que rigen para las diferentes actividades económicas, cuyo cumplimiento corresponde ser verificado de conformidad con las normas pertinentes.Peru

    Article 1 -. Approve the Official Text Summaries of Labour Law, which contains the main provisions in force on the subject.
    The Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare Officer regularly update the text of the Summary of Labour Laws.

    Article 2 -. Employers whose workers are subject to the labor of the private sector, should have the Official Text of the Summary of Labour Laws.
    The obligation contained in the preceding paragraph, effective as of sixty (60) days after the effective date of this Ministerial Resolution days.

    Article 3 -. Verification of compliance with the obligations under the contract prior to working relationships will fundamentally an orientation and informational purposes.

    Article 4 -. Synthesis of Labor Laws to be approved by this Ministerial Resolution does not affect the validity of the rules on Occupational Safety and Health governing different economic activities, compliance with applicable be verified in accordance with the relevant rules .
