La Constitution d'Haïti de 1987 est un texte qui fixe l'organisation et le fonctionnement de l'État d'Haïti. Cette nouvelle constitution, dite "Républicaine", fut présentée au Palais législatif, à Port-au-Prince, le 10 mars 1987. Elle fut ratifiée par la population haïtienne lors du référendum constitutionnel du 29 mars 1987 qui l'approuva à 99,81 % des bulletins exprimés. Haiti's Constitution of 1987 is a text that defines the organization and functioning of the State of Haiti. The new constitution, called "Republican" was presented to the Legislative Palace, in Port-au-Prince, March 10, 1987. It was ratified by the Haitian population in the constitutional referendum of 29 March 1987 which approved 99.81% of ballots cast.
