VCAT-7 Operatives - The Call to Legends (NPO)

The VCAT-7 Operatives App development started in July 2018 with a few key elements in mind:
- "Locally, provincially and nationally coordinated" first responder support to SAPS stations, private security responders, and each other backed up by the collective team, provincially and nationally.
- The aim of getting Civilian First Responders trained, registered, authenticated, and working provincially and nationally with a collective approach, providing a solid asset to those working in emergency services.
- With so much private business competition and broken trust on one hand, and government politics and an information overload on the other, we have all withdrawn into our own trusted circles.
- Most people, from civilian responders right up to Generals, specialised components, Medical, Fire, Wildlife, etc. agree on the common cause that crime is a key factor which can make or break our country.
- Rampant crimes of corruption at all levels of government and society are killing the vision we had of our beloved Rainbow Nation.
- We shudder at statistics such as: 21,000+ murders every year, a rape every 36 seconds, the highest road deaths ever recorded in South Africa (14,050), 1028 rhinos poached (2017) etc. These are the crimes that we as a nation simply have to stop!

The VCAT-7 Operatives app is focused around the knowledge that the various Operations and Responses occurring during an incident, as well as those involved therein, are based on circles of trust. It has been designed with the starting point of receiving input from open channels (i.e. the public) but flowing into covert channels as needed, depending on how the cases progress.

The system is 100% NPO driven to ensure a mass contribution of resource, support and financial investment from parties both within South Africa and from the international community that want to invest in our country, providing a tool that could ‘plug and play’ for all organisations, and which could be incorporated into their existing systems.

The VCAT-7 Operatives App equips leaders and individuals from all sectors of society and across culture, race, gender, age and religion to actively build and restore operational trust and truth from the inside out.

It is a place for all those that have a passion for duty to serve others in the most professional, exemplary way, and to meet and work collectively. The platform brings together the supermen and women who are merely ordinary people doing extraordinary things; people who are legends within their communities, yet who are totally silent to the world at large because it's what they do every day as a matter of course.
